For 2-3 person
Cooking time: 1 hour

1. 1 Chicken
2. 1 cup of Water
3. 1 Tsp. Grounded pepper
4. 9 Goat pepper
5. 2 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
6. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
7. 1 Tbsp. Anise Seed Powder
8. 3 Tbsp. Fried garlic oil
1. Sauce – Mix ingredient 2-7 together. Then simmer with low heat and set aside.
2. Grill chicken over medium-low heat for 10 minutes until cook. 
3. When the chicken is almost cooked, coat chicken with sauce before bring up from the stove 5 minutes. And ready to eat.

1. 1 Chicken
