For 500 grams
Cooking time : 2 hours

1. 1 Sriracha Pineapple
2. 200 grams Sugar
3. 1 Tbsp. Grounded salt
4. 150-200 Glucose syrup
1.  Clean and peel pineapple. Then cut and set aside.
2. Heat the pan and put all ingredients into the pan except glucose syrup.
3. Stir all ingredients together until sticky. And finally add glucose syrup. Stir well until sticky and keep in a container.
