Moo Swann (Fried-dried Sweet Slice Pork) - Moo Swann is a favorite fried pork recipe 
and many people like it. Either just appetizer or eat with sticky rice are both perfect delicious too. With soft pork, ferment with various spices for a mellow taste. After well fermentation, take it to fry. The taste is so heavenly and so hard to stop eating. Moreover, we can keep the pork longer by fermentation as well.

1. 500 g. Pork Neck Meat
2. 2 Tbsp. Palm Sugar
3. 2 Tbsp. Cumin
4. 1 Tsp. Pepper Seed
5. 1 Tbsp. Coriander seeds
6. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
7. 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
8. 1 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Coriander
9. 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic

1. Pound cumin just a bit rough. (Keep cumin half)
2. Add pepper, cumin, coriander, garlic, chopped down and pound thoroughly well. Set aside.
3. Slice pork thinly.
4. Pour spices that already pound into a mixing bowl. Followed by cumin. Season with soya sauce, oyster sauce and palm sugar.
5. Mix all ingredients together with hands. Follow by adding pork and knead until it all smooth. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 night.
6. Put the marinated meat into the oven at 80 degrees for 4 hours until the pork starts dry.
7. Set the hot oil. (use medium heat) Fried pork until it moderately cooked. Drain dry. Ready to serve.
