For 3-4 person
Cooking time: 1 hour

1. 250 grams Sticky rice flour
2. 50 grams Rice flour
3. 150 grams Toddy palm
4. 1 cup coconut milk
5. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
6. 500 grams Sugar
7. 2 1/2 cup of Water
8. 1/2 piece of coconut
9. 1 Tbsp. White roasted sesame

1. Heat coconut milk for kneading with the dough.
2. Mix 2 types of flour to combine. Then put 1/4 tsp. salt.
3. Add Toddy palm and knead to together. Add warm coconut milk and knead until sticky and smooth. Then cover the dough with white cloth and set aside.
4. Grated coconut - mix with salt and set aside.
5. Produced starch in thumb size. Roll the dough into long pieces. coil 2 side to each other. Then mold and place on white cloth.
6. Mix 2 cups of water to the pot with 500 grams of sugar. Heat until dissolved. 
Spoon remaining 1 1/2 cup of syrup, then heat until boiling.
7. Boil dessert in syrup until dessert rise up. Stir until cook thoroughly.
8. Soak dessert in syrup for about 10-20 minutes.
9.  Spoon dessert out from syrup and mix with shredded coconut. Decorate with roasted white sesame. And serve on the dish.
