1. 250 grams Sticky rice flour
2. 50 grams Rice flour
3. 100 grams Toddy palm
4. 1/4 Tsp. Grounded salt

6. 200 grams Coconut jelly

Coconut milk
7. 3 cups Coconut milk
8. 1/2 Tbsp. Grounded salt
9. 1 cup Sugar
10. 2 cups Palm sugar
1. Mix coconut milk with sugar and heat on the stove. Taste sweet and salty. If you like sweet, add sugar as needed then remove from the stove for prepare the dough.
2. Bring the 2 types of flour, mix to combine. Salt and 1/4 tsp.
3. Mix Toddy palm and knead gently to combine. Then add hot water and knead the dough until sticky and smooth. 
4. Mold the dough into long piece. Cut the dough with knife into small ball (instead of molding). Sprinkle with flour to prevent the dough stick together.
5. Heat water to boiling. And put the dough to boil. When the dough is cook and rise up, stir for a while and put dessert in coconut milk.
6. Mix coconut jelly and boil again. When start to boil, remove from the stove and put in a bowl. Decorate with roasted white sesame and ready to serve.
