Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 9-10 Button mushroom
2. 2 Tbsp. Onion
3. 2 Tsp. Chopped garlic
4. 1 handful Mushroom
5. 1 Tbsp. Trusfle cream
6. 500 ml. Fresh milk
7. 1 bunch Thyme
1.  Slice mushroom and boil with milk until boiling. Then low the heat.
2. Heat the pan, add olive oil and fry onion until soft with thyme. Fry garlic and mushroom until well combined. Then put in milk pot with mushroom.
3. Blend until smooth and simmer over low heat 10 minutes.
4. Before serving, add cream and stir to combine until smooth. Ready to serve.
