For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

1. 4-5 Mussels
2. 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
3. 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic
4. 100ml. Coconut milk
5. 1 handful Basil
6. 3-4 cherry tomato
7. 1 Quail egg
8. 1 Tbsp. Curry powder
9. 1 Sliced Soriso
10. 1 handful Goat pepper
1. Heat the pan to heat. Then stir onion and garlic until soft with olive oil. Add curry powder and stir with coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Then turn to high heat.
2. Add mussel, goat pepper, cherry tomato and close the lid 2-3 minutes.
3. Arrange everything on the dish. Then top with Shorizo, basil and qual egg. Ready to serve.
