1. 3-4 Newzeland mussels
2. 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
3. 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic
4. 100 ml. White wine
5. 100 ml. Cream
6. Goat pepper or any chili you want.
7. 1 handful Parsley
8. 1 Thyme
9. 1 Bay leaf
10. Parmesan cheese
11. 1 Tbsp. Butter
12. 1 handful Paprika

1. Simmer white wine with onion, garlic, Thyme, bay leaf and chili until dry out half.
2. Add cream and butter until well combined. Then close the lid 1-2 minutes.
