1. 150 grams Mixed Seafood
2. 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
3. 1 Tsp. Chopped garlic
4. 100 ml. White wine
5. 100 ml. Cream
6. 1 bunch Thyme
7. 1 Bay leaf
8. 1 handful Parsley
9. 1 piece Lemon
10. 1 Tbsp. Goat pepper or Jelapeno chili
11. 1 handful Sliced Chorizo
12. 1 handful Paprika

1. Simmer white wine with onion, garlic, thyme and Bay Leaf and low the heat down. Then turn to medium heat, add chili, seafood and  then close the lid for about 1-2 minutes.

3. Garnish with parsley, Chorizo, lemon skin and ready to serve.
