1. 500 grams Pork neck
2. 1 Tsp. Black grounded pepper
3. 1 Tbsp. Maggi cooking sauce
4. 1 Tbsp. Maggi oyster sauce
5. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Thai spicy sauce (Maggi)
1. 2 Tbsp. Maggi Seasoning Sauce
2. 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
3. 1 Tsp. Sugar
4. 2 Tsp. Grounded pepper
5. 1 Tbsp. Chopped coriander root

1. Clean pork neck, pound and marinate wuth black pepper.
2. Season with Maggi cooking sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside for 10 minutes.
