Cooking time: 30 minutes

Meat & Vegetable
1. 100 grams Fish maw
2. 2 Mushrooms
3. 20 grams Crab meat

Fish Maw
1. 6-8 Ginger
2. 1/2 cup Chinese wine

Seasoning
3. 3-4 cup Shark fin soup
4. 5 Tbsp. Brandy
5. 1/2 Tsp. Cooking sauce 
6. 1 1/2 Tsp. Soy sauce
7.1 1/2 Tsp. Oyster sauce
8. Sugar
9. Black soy sauce
10. Grounded pepper
11. Tapioca flour (dissolved with water)
1. Boil water with ginger. Add fish maw and wait water boiling again. Add Chinese liquor and boil until fish maw soft.
2. Cut fish maw into pieces and set aside.
3. Mix seasoning sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, sugar. Stir to combine and set aside.
4. Heat brandy and wait until dry out. Then add shark fin soup, mushroom, fish maw. Season with sauce (step 3). Taste, then add black soy sauce. Add tapioca flour and keep stirring. 
5. Sprinkle with grounded pepper and crab meat.
