1. 1/2 Tsp. Seasoning sauce
2. 1/2 Tsp. Soy sauce
3. 1 Tsp. Oyster sauce
4. 1-2 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
5. Sugar
6. Grounded pepper
7. 3 Tbsp. Evaporated milk
8. 3 Tbsp. Broth
9. 1 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
10. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
11. Corn oil
12. 3-4 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
13. 1 Tsp. Royal custard
14. Oil

1. Marinate squid in tapioca flour. Then mix with Royal custard powder just a little. Then fry until cook and set aside.
2. Add carrot, sweet peeper, onion in oil. And set aside.
3. Mix cooking sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and set aside.
4. Heat the pan, add oil, garlic and salted egg yolk thoroughly. Then add Chinese liquor and fry with soup until dry out.  Add evaporated milk, squid and season with sauce (step3).
5. Put vegetable in step2, sesame oil and turn off the stove.
6. Topped with roasted chili paste oil. Add grounded pepper, spring onion, celery and red goat pepper.
