For 2 person
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Meat and vegetables
1.  150 grams Minced pork
2. 50 grams Streaky pork
3. 20 grams Fish
4. 2 Diced Shitake mushroom
5. 1/2 Tsp. Coriander root
6. 2 Tsp. Chopped garlic
7. Por leave
8. Salted egg yolk

Seasoning
1. 1 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
2. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
3. 1 Tsp. Sugar
4. Ground pepper
5. 2-3 Tbsp. Oil
1. Fry fish in a pan. Add coriander root, minced garlic and diced mushroom. Heat the pan and fry together. Add Chinese liquor and fry until dry out. Set aside.
2. Add streaky pork and crush thoroughly. Add minced pork and salted fish. Add oyster sauce, sugar, grounded pepper and mix together.
3. Mix well with ingredient step 1.
4. Coat mold with oil and steam until cook.
5. Serve with Por leaf and salted egg yolk.
