Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 1 Radish 
2. 2 colors Shimeji (60 grams)
3. 3 New Zealand Mussels
4. 3 Cori fish
5. 3 Shrimps
6. Carrot, Green pea, Corn

Seasoning
1. 1 Tbsp. Salt
2. 1 handful Sugar
3. Ground pepper (just a little)
4. Suki sauce
5. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
6. 1 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
7. 2-3 cups Soup
1. Tear off radish and put in a cup. Pour soup and put 1 handful salt, sugar, pepper, sesame oil and steam until cook.
2. Heat the pan, grill mushroom,, sprinkle with salt, pepper, Chinese liquor and set aside.
3. Grill mussel, fish, shrimp and sprinkle with salt, pepper. Set aside.
4. Serve with Suki sauce.
