2. 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce

6. 3 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
7. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
8. Broth or water (just a little)
9. Hongkong tapioca flour (dissolved in water)
10. Oil (for frying)

1. Cut the fish and fry in hot oil until golden crisp. Turn to another side and low the heat. Set aside.
2. Heat the pan. Add garlic and ginger and fry until combine. Add mushrooms and fry together. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking sauce, sugar, grounded pepper, Chinese liquor. Add broth and tapioca flour (dissolved in water).
