Cooking time: 80 minutes

1. 300 grams All purpose flour
2. 100 ml. Warm water
3. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
4. 1 Tsp. Sugar
5. 1 Tsp. Yeast
6. 3 Tbsp. Olive oil

1. Mix sugar with 1 tsp. flour with warm water and stir to combine. Set aside about 5 minutes.
2. Mix the remaining flour with salt and olive oil. Make a hole in the middle and add ingredients in step1 to mix well together. And mold into a ball.
3. Add in a mixing bowl that sprinkled with flour. Then wrap with plastic wrap. Set aside on the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
