For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 10 minutes

1. 20 Streaky porks
2. 10 cloves Thai clove garlic
3. 5 shallots
4. 1 Tbsp. Lemongrass
5. 1/2 Tsp. Lemon grass
6. 10 Chilies
7. 2 Tbsp. Shrimp paste
8. 1 Tbsp. Kaffir lime leaf
9. 1/2 – 1 Tsp. Sugar
1. Prepare ingredients and stir ingredient from 2-6 together and set aside. Dissolve shrimp paste with water and set aside.
2. Fry ingredients over medium heat. Drop oil slightly. Then fry pork with pounded ingredients and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant and well cooked. Pour the melted shrimp paste and stir for another 1 minute until fragrant and dry (add the salt with sugar). Serve with fresh vegetables and steamed rice.
3. Fry the pork with oil until 60-70% cooked. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir until pork is cooked thoroughly.
