For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

1. 2 cups Papaya (Shredded or chopped)
2. 1/2 Chinese Chive
3. 1/2 cups Bean sprout
4. 1 Tbsp. Dried shrimp
5. 8 pieces Tofu
6. 1-2 Thai shallots
7. 1 Egg
8. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 1/2 Tbsp. Palm sugar
10. 1/2 Tbsp. Tamarind juice

1. Dissolve palm sugar, fish sauce and tamarind juice into a small pot with just a little water over low heat until the sauce sticky.
2. Heat the oil, add eggs and fry until 80% cooked.  Set aside.

Ingredient of Green Papaya Phad Thai (Phad Thai Ma La Gor)

1. 2 cups Papaya (Shredded or chopped)

How to Cook Green Papaya Phad Thai (Phad Thai Ma La Gor)
