For 1-2 person
cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 1 cup Wonton
2. 1 cup Bean sprout
3. 5-6 Chinese Chives
4. 10 Dried shrimps
5. 10 pieces Tofu
6. 1 Tbsp. Shallot
7. 1 Tsp. Pickle turnip
8. 1 Tbsp. Grounded peanut
9. 5-6 Fresh shrimps
10. 1 Egg
11. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
12. 2 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
13. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Palm sugar
1. Pad Thai Sauce – Simmer ingredient from 11-13 together over low heat and set aside.
2. Cut wonton and fry over medium heat until crispy. And set aside.
3. Fry  noodle over medium heat with 3 tablespoon oil, shallot, pickled turnip, tofu, dried shrimp, fresh shrimp until smell good and turn to high heat. Add egg and fry until cook. Follow with bean sprout, Chinese chive and stir fried quickly. Season with sauce and bring up to set aside. Ready to serve.
