For 2-3 person
cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 1/2 Pumpkin
2. 2 cups Coconut milk
3. 3 Tbsp. Grated coconut
4 1 Tsp. Salt
5. 2 cups Crispy flour
6. 1 Tsp. Sugar
7. 7 Large dried chilies
8. 1 Tsp. Coriander powder
9. 1 Tsp. Cumin powder
10. 1 Tsp. Pepper
11. 2 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
12. 2 Tbsp. Chopped lemongrass
13. 2 Tbsp. Shallot
14. 10 cloves Garlic
15. 2 Tsp. Shrimp paste
16. 1 Tsp. Kaffir lime

1. Slice pumpkin in shape as you like. Then set aside.
2. Pound ingredients from 7-16 until well combined. Then mix with crispy flour, grated coconut, salt and coconut milk until well combined. 
3. Coat pumpkin with crispy flour (dissolved with water) and fry in the oil over medium heat until golden brown.
4. Serve with chicken sauce or dip in original sauce (simmer vinegar, sugar, salt, pounded goat pepper, chopped coriander and roasted peanuts together)
