Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 150 grams Rice flour
2. 125 grams Toddy palm
3. 1 Tsp. Baking powder
4. 120 grams Sugar
5. 150 grams Water
6. 1 piece Coconut
7. 1/4 Tsp. Salt

1. Mix sugar with water. Then heat over low heat and stir until dissolve. And set aside.
2. Mix rice flour with baking powder together. Then add toddy palm and knead with flour.
3. Gradually add water to flour. Do not make it too wet. 
4. Place white cloth over steaming pot. And sift the flour.
5. Steam the dough for about 15 minutes.
6. Steam the dough in a bowl. Pour syrup and use a spatula and stir gently quickly. Close the lid for about 10 minutes to allow the flour absorb sugar and crumbly.
7. Open the lid and stir with the fork.
8. Put dessert on the dish. Sprinkle with grated coconut and salt.
