cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 1/2 kg. Thai morning glory
2. 5 Tbsp. Maggi cooking sauce
3. 1/2 cup Crispy flour
4. 1 Tbsp. Palm sugar
5. 1 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
6. 1 Firm tofu
7. 2 Tsp. Vegetarian curry paste
8. 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
9. 2 Tbsp. Pounded peanut
10. 1/2 cup Coconut milk
11. 1/2 cup Water

1. Mash 1 part of tofu thoroughly and set aside. Slice fried tofu into pieces and fry until brown.
2. Mix crispy flour with cold water and season with 1 table spoon Maggi sauce. Stir to combine. Coat morning glory with dough and fry in hot oil until crispy. Set aside.
3. Salad dressing – fry curry paste with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Then put tofu and stir to combine. Then add coconut milk and water.
4. Season with cooking sauce brand Maggie, palm sugar, tamarind juice and stir to combine.  Taste, then sprinkle with the roasted peanuts. Arrange crispy morning glory on the dish with fried tofu and topped with salad dressing immediately.
