1. 2 cups of Cooked Rice
2. 5 Shrimp
3. 100 g. of Squid (cut into glasses)
4. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar 
5. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce 
6. 1 Tbsp. Lime
7. 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves,
8. 5 Galangal (cut in glasses)
9. 2 Stalks Lemon Grass
10. 2 Tbsp. Thai Chili Paste
11. 1 Tbsp. Chopped Chilli Garden
12. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1. Fry oil with chilli garden, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and galangal.
2. Follow by the chili paste, squid and shrimp, fry them until cooked, then season with fish sauce and sugar.
3. Add rice and fry to combine. Turn off the stove. Add lime at last. Ready to serve on plate.
