Cooking time: 10 minutes

1. 1 piece Tofu

Oil
1. 1 bottle Soybean oil
2. 1 cup Sesame oil (for 8-10 pieces)

Sauce
1. 125 grams Vinegar
2. 115 grams Sugar
3. 1 Tsp. Goat pepper
4. 1/3 Tsp. Grounded salt
5. 2 Tbsp. Grounded bean
6. 2 Tbsp. Radish
7. 1 Tbsp. Carrot
1. Make Vietnam sauce by mix vinegar with sugar, salt, goat pepper and simmer until sticky. Set aside to cool.
2. Mix bean, radish and carrot together.
3. Heat oil over medium heat. Turn to low heat, add tofu, sesame oil and fry until golden brown.
4. Serve together with Vietnam sauce.

1. 1 piece Tofu

Oil
1. 1 bottle Soybean oil
2. 1 cup Sesame oil (for 8-10 pieces)

Sauce
1. 125 grams Vinegar

How to Cook Fried Tofu with Vietnam Sauce (Tao Hu Tod with Sauce Vietnam Jay)

1. Make Vietnam sauce by mix vinegar with sugar, salt, goat pepper and simmer until sticky. Set aside to cool.
2. Mix bean, radish and carrot together.
3. Heat oil over medium heat. Turn to low heat, add tofu, sesame oil and fry until golden brown.
4. Serve together with Vietnam sauce.
