2. 2 Hams
3. 2 Cheddar cheese

5.  2 Tbsp. Asparagus
6. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
7. 1-2 Tsp. Syrup
8. Oil

1. Add ham and cheese. Put egg and beat together. Season with grounded salt and syrup. Stir to combine again.
2. Heat the pan over low heat. Paint oil in the bottom of the pan. Divide egg into 4 parts. Put ham, cheese, carrot and asparagus into the pan. Then roll egg.
3. Add the mixture 2,3, 4 to connect with egg roll until all the eggs are cook thoroughly. Then set aside to cool for 15-20 minutes. Cut into piece and serve with steamed rice.
