For 12 scoops
Cooking time : 6-8 hours

1. 1 cup of Germinated Brown Rice 
2. 1.5 liters of Water
3. 1 cup of Coconut milk
4. 2 1/2 cup Sugar
5. 4 Tbsp. Glucose
6. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
7. 2 Pandan leaf

1. Boil rice with water and pandan leaf over 20 minutes. Add coconut milk, sugar, glucose and salt. Keep boiling for 10 minutes. 
2. Divide the cooked rice 1/2 cup (for mix-in) and then blend the remaining ingredients together thoroughly.
3. Put all ingredients together. Set aside to cool and close the lid tightly. Then freeze and stir the mixture every 30 minutes - 1 hour. And freeze for about 5-6 hours until mixture smooth.

Ingredient of Germinated Brown Rice Sherbet (Sherbet Kao Glong Ngog)

1. 1 cup of Germinated Brown Rice
2. 1.5 liters of Water
3. 1 cup of Coconut milk
4. 2 1/2 cup Sugar
5. 4 Tbsp. Glucose
6. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
7. 2 Pandan leaf

How to Cook Germinated Brown Rice Sherbet (Sherbet Kao Glong Ngog)
