Cooking time : 5-10 minutes

1. 2 cups Papaya
2. 1 Egg
3. 1 Spring onion
4. 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
5. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
6. 2 Tsp. Soy sauce
7. 1 Tsp. Sugar
8. 2 Tbsp. Dried shrimp

1.Put papaya in a bold water and set aside until cool and crispy before frying.
2. Add 3 tbsp. oil and fry the eggs over medium heat until golden crisp. Then set aside or continue frying.
