For 1-2 person
cooking time: 10 minutes

1. 2 cups Bean sprout
2. 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
3. 1 Spring onion
4. 10 Bacon
5. 10 Bacon
6. 10 Chopped mushroom
7. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
8. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
9. 5-7 Dried chilies
10. 3-5 Tofu
11. 1/2 cup Fried tofu

1. Heat the pan, fry tofu with oil over high heat. Coat with flour and then slowly drop into the frying pan until golden brown, then set aside.
2. Pour the oil out from the pan. Fry bacon over medium heat until golden brown. Then add dried chili, bean sprout, shiitake mushrooms and pea. Stir 2-3 times and season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and fry another 1 minute. Follow by chopped spring onion. Then topped beside tofu or mixed together. Ready to serve
