For 1 person
Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 30 Dried chilies
2. 2 Tsp. Shrimp paste
3. 7 Shallot
4. 2 Tbsp. Turmeric
5. 1/2 Pineapple
6. 1/2 Papaya
7. 3-10 Shrimps 
8. 1 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
9. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
10. 2 cups Water
1. Heat the pot until water boiling. Pound dried sour curry paste from chilies,  grilled shrimp paste, shallots, turmeric  and put them in the pot.
2 . Then add pineapple and papaya. When papaya look slightly transparent, put shrimp down. Mash the into the soup for more intense. 
3. Season with fish sauce, tamarind juice (optional) and taste.

How to Cook Yellow Curry with Papaya and Pineapple (Gang Lueng Ma La Gor Sub Pa Rod)
