1. 1 handful Rice Noodle (Sen Jan)
2. 1 Duck egg
3. 1 Lemon
4. 1 gram Pork
5. 1 handful Bean sprout
6. 1 Tbsp. Black peanuts
7. 1 Tbsp. Chopped shallot
8. 1 Tbsp. Sweet radish
9. 1 Tbsp. Yellow tofu
10. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
11. 1 Tbsp. Dried shrimp
12. 1 Tbsp. Kui Chai leaf
13. 1 handful Sa-No flower
14. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
15. 1 Tbsp. Grounded pepper
16. 3-4 Tbsp. Pad Thai sauce

1. Heat the pan. Add oil, fry shallot, tofu, dried shrimp, and salted turnip together until finely.
2. Add noodle, Padthai sauce and mix together. Then put egg and mix all until combine.
3. Add pork bone and fry together until combine. Season with fish sauce, Kui Chai leaf and bean sprout.
4. Serve and decorate with bean sprout, Sa-No flower, pork, grounded pepper, peanuts and lemon. Ready to serve.
