Cooking time : 10 minutes

1. 2-3 Spring roll
2. 1 Lemon
3. 1 handful Bean spriut
4. 1 handful Kui Chai leaf
5. 1 handful Sa-No flower
6. 1 Tbsp. Chopped shallot
7. 1 Tbsp. Dried shrimp
8. 1 Tbsp. Yellow tofu
9. 3 Tbsp. Oil
10. 1 Tbsp. Black peanut
11. 1 Tbsp. Chopped sweet radish
12. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
13. 1 Tbsp. Grounded pepper
14. 2-3 Tbsp. Pad Thai sauce

1 . Heat the pan, add oil and fry shallots, dried shrimp, tofu, sweet radish and Kui Chai leaf together.
2. Fry Pad Thai Sauce. Add fish sauce and mix to combine. Then set aside.

4. Serve together with Pad Thai sauce. Decorate with bean sprout, Sa-No flower and peanuts. Ready to eat .
