Kiwi Mousse

Kiwi Mousse - Kiwi Mousse is another great refreshing summer dessert. You can eat everyday because kiwi fruit contains high vitamin C , which helps strengthen the body's immunity and help prevent colds also. They also contain folate which helps build red blood cells. And prevent anemia.  Kiwi also helps our digestive system because it has high fiber.

For 4 person
cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 3 Green kiwi (200 grams)
2. 200 grams Whipping cream powder
3. 100 grams Cold water
4. Kiwi / Sherry / Mint leaves (for decorating)
1. Cut kiwi and put in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Mix whipping cream with cold water and beat to combine. Then put kiwi and beat until smooth.
3. Put in a piping bag and set aside in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Squeeze in a glass and decorate with kiwi, sherry and mint leaf. Serve cool.

Ingredient of Kiwi Mousse
