For: 7x11 inches Brownie cheese cake
Cooking time: 1 hour

Cream cheese
1. 300 grams Cream cheese
2. 50 ml. Whipping cream
3. 60 grams Sugar
4. 10 grams All purpose flour
5. 2 Eggs
6. 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla extract

Brownie
1. 200 grams Semi- Sweet Chocolate
2. 100 grams Salted butter
3. 2 Eggs
4. 80 grams Sugar
5. 145 grams All purpose flour
6. 1 handful Grounded salt
7. 1 Tsp. Vanilla extracts

Brownie Cheese
1. Warm the oven at 180 degrees.
2. Paint white butter over the tray or place with pastry paper.

Cream cheese
3. Put sugar, egg and beat together until smooth. 
4. Add flour and whipping cream. Stir to combine and set aside.
5. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave .Or double boiler until smooth. Set aside to cool.
6. Put eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. And beat together.
7. Slowly pour chocolate and melted butter and let it cool down. Then mix together. 
8. Sift all purpose flour and mix well to combine.
9. Pour brownies on a tray or mold. And spread smooth.
10. Slowly pour the cream cheese on top of the brownies.
11. Put into the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (depending on the mold size)
12. When cooked, remove from an oven. Set aside to cool and put in the refrigerator for about one hour.
13. Ready to serve.
