8. 2 Tsp. Palm sugar
9. 1 Red goat pepper
10. 5 Dried goat pepper

12. 5 pieces Sliced ginger
13. 1 Tsp. Kaffir lime leaf
14. 5 cloves Garlic
15. 2 Tbsp. Shallot
16. 1 Tsp. Grounded pepper
17. 1 Tsp. Grounded coriander seed

1. Pound chili paste with dried goat pepper, sliced  ginger, chopped lemon grass, kaffir lime skin, garlic, shallot, grounded pepper, coriander seed and set aside. (or you can add 2 tbsp. red curry paste)
