2. 1 Tbsp. Chopped basil
3. 1 Tbsp. Chopped kaffir lime leaf

1. Pound chili paste with dried goat pepper, sliced ginger, chopped lemon grass, kaffir lime skin, garlic, shallot, grounded pepper, and coriander seed. Set aside. (or add 2 tbsp. red curry paste)
2. Mix all ingredients of Dolly fish,  shredded Kaffir lime leaves, shredded Basil, coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar, egg and red curry paste together until smooth. Put into microwave and taste.
3. Blanch vegetable and squeeze water. Drop the mixture down and steam for 12 minutes until well cooked.
