For 1-2 person
cooking times: 20 minutes

1. 1 cup of Cassod leaf and flower
2. 1/2 cup Grilled fish
3. 1 Tbsp. Chopped tumanic
4. 1 Tbsp. Chopped galangal
5. 7 Dried goat peppers
6. 1 Tbsp. Chopped lemon grass
7. 1 Tbsp. Ginger
8. 1 Tsp. Kaffir lime skin
9. 2 Tsp. Thai clove garlic
10. 1 Tbsp. Shallot
11. 2 Tsp. Grilled shrimp paste
12. 1 Tsp. Roasted coriander seed
13. 1 Tsp. Roasted cumin powder
14. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
15. 2 Tsp. Palm sugar
16. 1 1/2 cup of Coconut milk
1. Roasted curry paste – pound turmeric, chopped galangal, dried goat pepper, chopped lemongrass, chopped ginger, kaffir lime skin , Thai garlic, shallot, grilled shrimp paste, roasted coriander seed, roasted cumin powder, fish sauce , palm sugar until fine and set aside. (Or add 2-3 roasted curry paste)
2. Heat the pan and boil coconut until boiling. Follow by roasted curry paste and Cassod leaf and flower. Fry until smell good. Season with fish sauce and palm sugar, and then put on plate.
3. This curry will not have the fat floating up (add coconut milk down will help just a little).
