2. 2 Tbsp. Minced galangal
3. 2 Tsp. Chopped lemongrass

9. 1 Tbsp. Lime juice

1. Cut fermented fish, chopped galangal, chopped lemongrass, shallot, galangal, goat pepper until finely.
2. Heat  frying pan and boil the coconut milk until boiling. Put all the ingredients down and fry until cook.  Seasoning with lime juice, Kaffir lime juice before turn off the stove.
