For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 100 grams Sushi rice
2. 50 grams Tuna
3. 1-2 pieces Seaweed
4. 20 grams Avocado
5. 20 grams Shrimp egg
6. 1 Tbsp. Mayonaise
7. 1/2 Tbsp. Wasabi
8. 50 grams Tempura flour
9. 30 grams Cold water
10. Oil (for frying)

1. Mix tempura flour with the water. Then fry until golden crisp. Mix mayonnaise with wasabi.
2. Place seaweed and spread sushi rice evenly over. Then flip seaweed to another side.  Add mayonnaise and mixed with avocado, shrimp egg. Roll into rectangular bars. Add tuna on top, then cut into thick piece. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with the flour and ready to served.

How to Cook Crunchy Tuna Tempura Maki
