1. 1 Fish
2. 1 Tbsp. Chopped spring onion
3. 2 Tbsp. Shallot
4. 2 Tsp. Chopped parsley
5. 10 Mint leafs
6. 2 Tsp. Chopped kaffir lime leaf
7. 2 Tsp. Chopped galangal
8. 1 Tbsp. Roasted rice
9. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
10. 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
11. 2 Tsp. Grounded pepper
1. Tear grilled fish and set aside.
2. Heat the pot, add oil. Fry kaffir lime leaf and galangal. Then add snakehead fish and roast together. Season with fish sauce. Remove from the stove.
3. Mix together with spring onion, shallot, parsley, mint leaf, lime juice, roasted rice and grounded pepper. Ready to serve.
