Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 1 Snakehead fish
2. 1/4 cup of Ant eggs
3. 1 Galangal
4. 2 Pounded lemongrass
5. 3-4 Kaffir lime leaf
6. 5-10 Chilies
7. 2-3 Tbsp. Fish sauce
8. 2 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
9. 4-5 Tomatoes
10. 1/2 cup of Mushroom
11. 20 Basil leaf
12. 2-3 cups of Water
