For 1 small cup
Cooking time: 50 minutes

1. 50 grams Minced shrimp
2. 50 grams Fat shrimp
3. 250 grams Shredded white coconut
4. 1 1/2 cup of Palm sugar
5. 1/2 cup Sugar
6. 2-3 Tsp. Grounded salt
7. 1 Tbsp. Oil
8. 30 grams of Water
9. 50 grams Sugar syrup
10. White grounded pepper

1. Chop minced shrimp, coconut until finely and smooth.
2. Heat the pan. Add oil, water, palm sugar, sugar, salt and simmer until sticky.
3. Add shredded coconut, minced shrimp and stir until sticky. Add white grounded pepper. Stir until dry out. Then add sugar syrup and add into a bowl for making rice dumplings.
