Steamed Rice Dumplings (Kao Griab Pak Mor) - Steamed Rice Dumplings is a Thai traditional dessert from ancient wisdom which made from flour for wrapping filling inside.  We make it by stretching white cloth on the pot. After that, we paint the flour mixture on it. Heat until the mixture until swell up like “Kao Griab Wow”. As we mention above, so we named it as “Kao Griab Pak Mor”.

Steamed Rice Dumplings (Kao Griab Pak Mor) - Steamed Rice Dumplings is a Thai traditional dessert from ancient wisdom which made from flour for wrapping filling inside.  We make it by stretching white cloth on the pot. After that, we paint the flour mixture on it. Heat until the mixture until swell up like “Kao Griab Wow”. As we mention above, so we named it as “Kao Griab Pak Mor”.
For 200 pieces
Cooking time: 1.30 hours

1. 3 cups of Rice flour
2. 1 cup of Tapioca flour
3. 3 cups of Water
4. 1 1/2 of Coconut milk
5. 2 Tbsp. Arrowroot flour
1. Mix 2 kinds of flour in a mixing bowl. Knead with coconut milk, water and herbal juice in a mixing bowl. Gently knead the dough with coconut milk and water until dissolved. Stir every time before add the flour. 

Painting flour mixture
1. Cover white cloth on the pot and cut about 1 inch at the edge (for pouring water 3/4 into the pot) . Heat until water is boiling.
2. Spread the mixture and close the lid. Wait until boiling. Fold the dough with spatula. Roll or fold into rectangle. Then add garlic oil. Eat together with salad vegetable, cauliflower, chili and coriander leave (optional)
