For 200-250 pieces
Cooking time: 50 minutes

1. 2 cups Minced pork
2. 1 1/2 cup of Peanut
3. 1 Tbsp. Coriander root
4. 3 cup of Shallot
5. 1-2 Tsp. Grounded pepper
6. 1/2 cup of Sugar
7. 2 Tbsp. Oil
8. 1-2 Tsp. Grounded salt
9. 2 cups of Sweet radish
10. 1 1/2 cup of Palm sugar
11. 10 cloves Garlic
12. 50 grams Glucose syrup
1. Pound coriander root, garlic and pepper until finely.  
2. Heat the stove. Add oil and pounded ingredients. Add pork, shallot, radish and fry until dry. Season with palm sugar, sugar, grounded salt, ground peanut and fry to combine. Then add glucose syrup and set aside to cool.
