For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 1/2 cup of Cockle 
2. 5-7 Betel leaves
3. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
4. 1 Tsp. Palm sugar
5. 7 Goat peppers
6. 1/2 Tsp. Black pepper
7. 1 Tbsp. Chopped lemon grass
8. 2 Tsp. Chopped shallot
9. 1 Tsp. Chopped turmeric
10. 3 Tsp. Chopped galangal
11. 2 Tsp. Chopped garlic
12. 1 Tsp. Grilled shrimp paste
13. 1 cup of Shrimp paste
1. Pound dried chili pepper, black pepper, chopped lemongrass, shallots , turmeric, galangal, turmeric and shrimp paste until combined .
2 . Heat the pot over medium heat. Then add coconut milk, betel leave, fish sauce, sugar and wait until boiling again or until the clams are cooked. Then turn off stove and ready to serve.
3. Blanching cockle in boiling water (1 cup). Wait until the water is almost boiling again. Wait until almost cook, remove from stove and put cockle in cold water.
