Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 1/2 kg. Fish
2. 2 Tbsp. Black yellow chili
3. 30 Basil leaves
4. 7-8 Sweet pea
5. 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
6. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
7. 1 Tsp. Fish sauce
8. 1 Tsp. Sugar

1. Freeze the fish and blanch in boiling water until cook. Then drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil over high heat. Stir-fry chili and garlic until fragrant. Then add fish ball with 3-5 tablespoons water. Season with fish sauce, sugar and pepper. Fry fish ball, taste and sprinkle with basil leave. Ready to serve.
