For 1 person
Cooking time: 10 minutes

1. Egg noodle
2. 2 Tbsp. Shallot
3. 1/2 – 1 cup of Seafood
4. 1-2 Cantonese vegetable
5. 1/2 – 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
6. 1 Tsp. Sugar
7. 1/4 cup of Broth

1. Blanch frozen noodle in boiling water. Then put in cold water and set aside. 
2. Heat the pan. Add oil just a little. Fry shallot and seafood.  Pour the broth and add cabbage seasoned with soy sauce, brown sugar or not.
3 . Put blanch eggs and boil. Turn off stove and dissolve Tapioca flour. Put egg and wait for about 7-9 minutes.  Served with noodles (3 cups flour + 1 tablespoon water ) .

Ingredient of Fried Hokkien Noodles (Pad Mee Hok Kian)


1. Egg noodle
