3. Oil
4. 2 Tsp. Chopped garlic
5. 2 Tsp. Salted bean
6. 2 Tsp. Soy sauce
7. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
8. 1-2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
9. 2 cups of Water
10. 1 Egg
11. 1 Tbsp. Oil
12. Vegetables
1. Heat oil in the pan. Wait until oil hot and smoke. Then spread noodle and gradually put it down. Fry until cook on both side and flip quickly. Drain dry.
2. Cut chicken into piece. Marinate chicken with egg, soy sauce and oyster sauce. You can pineapple for more delicious.
3. Making gravy by heat the pan over medium heat. Put a little oil, garlic, salted bean and stir until fragrant. Pour the soup and wait until boiling. Add vegetables, season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, marinated chicken. Then mix tapioca flour in the water and keep stirring. Served together with crispy noodles.
