For 20-30 pieces
Cooking time: 1 hour + Soaking bean in the water 6-8 hours)

1.  1 1/2 cup of Sticky rice flour
2. 2 Tbsp.  Butterfly pea juice
3. 1/2 cup of Warm water
4. 1/2 Shredded coconut
5. Black sesame (for sprinkle)
6. Sugar

Filling
1. 1 cup of Green bean
2. 1 1/2 cup of Sugar
3. 2 cups of Coconut milk
4. 1/2 cup of Truffle

Filling
1. Clean beans thoroughly and soak into the water for about6-8 hours (or soak in warm water for 4 hours).
2 . Clean bean again and steam. Place with white cloth then add bean in the middle. Steamed in boiling water for 20-25 minutes until cook. 
3. Blend beans in a blender until finely by adding coconut milk for easier blending.
4. Mix bean and coconut milk with sugar and salt. Then stir in the brass pan over medium-low heat. Put diced water chestnut and stir until dry about 30-40 minutes. Turn off stove and put in a bowl. Set aside the filling to cool.
5 . Mold the dough into a ball and set aside .

Dough
1. Knead the dough with warm water. Then add Butterfly pea juice and knead together until smooth.
2. Mold the dough into a ball. Wrap the filling tightly.
3. Boil the water and put the dough until rise up.
4. Drain water and mix together with coconut that already mixed with black sesame.  Ready to serve.
