Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 12 White shrimps
2. 2 Egg yolks
3. 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
4. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
5. 1-2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
6. 1 Tsp. Pepper
7. 1/2 cup of Water
8. Oil
9. Lettuce, onion, tomato and coriander (for decorating)

1.Peel shrimp (leave head and tail). Pull black lines and clean thoroughly. Drain and set aside.
2.Mix  tapioca flour with shrimp and fry in the oil over medium heat until golden brown. Drain oil.
3 . Pour the remaining oil about 2 tablespoons. Then add garlic and fry until fragrant. Followed by salted egg and stir-fry until well combined.
4. Season with oyster sauce and pepper, add water and stir again. Remove from stove and topped on fried shrimp. Decorated with lettuce , tomato and coriander.
