1. 300 grams Fresh shrimp (medium size)
2. 10-20 Kale leaves
3. 1/4 cup of Boiled potato
4. 1/4 cup of Boiled carrot
5. 1 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
6. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
7. 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 1 Tsp. (for each) Lemongrass, Chili, Shallot and Kaffir lime leaves

1. Make Miang Sauce by mix roasted chili paste with sugar, lime juice and fish sauce well together. Then add the lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves, chilli, shallots and set aside.

Ingredient of Shrimp with Tom Yum Sauce (Miang Goong Sauce Tom Yum)

1. 300 grams Fresh shrimp (medium size)
2. 10-20 Kale leaves

How to Cook Shrimp with Tom Yum Sauce (Miang Goong Sauce Tom Yum)
